In regards to applications:
- The Chapter Number is 964
- Please write in your email address
- Print legibly!
- Pay close attention to the CSF point system
- A grade of D or F in any previous semester course disqualifies you from membership
- Attach a copy of last semester's grades
- Applications can be turned in via the assignment on Google Classroom
In regards to hours/project forms:
- A supervisor's signature is essential
- Do not use one slip for multiple volunteer organizations
- Year refers to graduation year, not present date
- Turn in a project form even if it was for a donation verified by the CSF Leadership
- Hours and project forms are identical slips
- Forms will not be accepted after the deadline
- Please staple all hours and project slips together
- Forms can be turned in to the CSF Box next to the College and Career Center of the library
Can my parent/guardian sign off on my forms?
No, parents and guardians cannot sign off on forms. A supervisor's signature must be present.
Does mentoring/Link Crew count as a project?
Mentoring and Link Crew are NOT considered projects.
How do I become a Life Member?
Life Members are students who have completed at least four semesters of membership during grades 10-12. One of these semesters must be from senior year.
Where do I turn in my CSF forms?
All forms can be returned to the CSF Box in the College and Career Center of the school library. Please do not give these forms to any of the academic or College and Career Center counselors.
How do I pay my CSF dues?
CSF dues are requested yearly (whether you are a member for one or two semesters) and are $10. Dues can be paid to the school treasurer. Make sure to give her your name and to tell her that the money is for CSF.

What is a project?
A project is a CSF-approved activity. For anything to count as a project, CSF Leadership must explicitly state or approve that the activity is a project.
